If I needed another survey I wouldn’t shop around and just hire these guys again. While closing on a house the title company surprised us and said a land survey is required. My agent and I called around trying to find someone that could do a survey quickly. All the other land survey companies either didn’t answer their phone or were booked for a month out. Which is understandable in this crazy housing market and mountain snow (March 2022).
