A site plan helps determine if a proposed construction project is feasible, whether you want to build an addition onto your home or construct a separate structure on your property, such as a garage or fence.
A site plan includes:
- A survey of your boundary
- The relationship of existing improvements the boundary, setbacks and easements
- The relationship of proposed improvements to existing improvements, the boundary, setbacks and easements
